Chinese Cabbage Minced Pork Patties
材料:
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
奶白菜 Chinese Cabbage
馬鈴薯 Potato
蛋黃 Egg Yolk
橄欖油 Olive Oil
麻油 Sesame Oil
洋蔥粉 Onion Powder
1) 豬肉碎先和麻油,洋蔥粉醃製30分鐘
Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil and onion powder for 30 mins.
2) 馬鈴薯蒸熟壓爛,備用
Steam and smash the potato and set aside
3) 奶白菜切碎,蒸3~5分鐘,備用
Cut the Chinese Cabbage into small pieces, steam for 3~5 mins, set aside
4) 將馬鈴薯,豬肉碎和奶白菜放入一個碗,加入蛋黃並攪拌均 勻
Put the potato, minced pork and Chinese cabbage into a bowl, add egg yolk, mix and combine
5) 熱鍋,加入適量的橄欖油,用湯匙舀起一小塊,放入鍋內煎 至兩面熟透即可
Heat pan, add the olive oil into pan, scoop a piece of the mixture, fry both side until cooked
突然想到之前在娘家,
因為什麼粉都沒有,
就利用馬鈴薯和雞蛋來做肉餅。
但是因為沒有粉類讓肉肉們凝聚在一起
所以煎的時候要很小心,不然隨時變成肉碎了 😅
這個只用了蛋黃
所以也適合8個月以上對蛋黃無敏感的寶寶哦
