薯泥蛋捲

Mashed Potato Egg Roll
今日晚餐 - 薯泥蛋捲
材料:
馬鈴薯 1粒 Potato 1 pc
鮮奶 1湯匙 Fresh Milk 1 tbsp
雞蛋 1粒 Egg 1 pc
橄欖油 少許 Olive Oil a little
1) 馬鈴薯蒸熟壓泥,加入鮮奶拌勻至順滑
Steam and smash the potato, add fresh milk stir and combine until smooth and creamy
2) 雞蛋打散, 熱鍋,加入少許橄欖油, 轉小火
Beat the egg. Heat pan, add a little of olive oil and switch to low heat
3) 加入一半的蛋液,把鍋左右搖晃,讓蛋液鋪平成一個圓圈
Add half of beaten egg into pan, spread along across the base of the pan
4) 待蛋液表面凝固後,加入薯泥,用湯匙快速鋪平
Once the egg start to get cooked , add mashed potato by paving with the spoon
4) 小心捲起蛋, 再加入剩餘的蛋液, 讓蛋液碰觸到蛋捲
Roll the egg from a side to another side, and add the balance of the beaten egg, spread the beaten egg, allow it to touch the egg roll
5) 從已經卷好的蛋捲那端,向另一端捲起。蛋捲的 兩面再煎至稍微金黃色即可起鍋
Roll from the egg roll (done) to another side.
Fry the both side of the egg roll until golden.
6) 最後把蛋捲切開即可享用
Lastly, cut the egg roll to pieces and ready to serve
建議用兩粒蛋煎會煎的比較漂亮哦
Suggest to make this egg roll with at least 2 eggs for the better result.
這看起來不起眼的蛋捲,其實非常可口。
尤其是薯泥順滑的口感加上蛋香,真的很讚!
