Potato . Mushroom . Spinach . Fried Rice Cake with Egg



今日午餐 - 馬鈴薯。蘑菇。菠菜。蛋煎飯糰

侒侒不吃炒飯的話,就來吃飯糰吧∼
吃了1個半就飽了
爸比也吃掉1個半
剩下兩個當下午茶來啃咯😎


#適合1歲以上

材料:
白飯 Cooked Rice
馬鈴薯 Potato
蘑菇 Mushroom
菠菜 Spinach
雞蛋 Egg
洋蔥粉 Onion Powder

1)馬鈴薯蒸熟壓爛,蘑菇切丁蒸熟,菠菜切丁蒸熟
Steam and smash the potato, cut the mushroom and spinach into small pieces and steam

2)蒸好的材料和白飯攪拌均勻,用模具壓成型或用保鮮紙捏成形狀
Combine the cooked rice, mushroom, potato and spinach, use the mould or wrap with cling wrap and shape it

3)雞蛋打散,撒些洋蔥粉拌勻,飯糰沾上蛋液
Beat the egg, sprinkle some onion powder and stir well, coated the rice cakel with beaten egg

4)熱鍋,刷上一層橄欖油,煎至兩面金黃色
Heat pan, brush a layer of oil olive, fry the rice cake until both side golden

5) 最後熄火蓋鍋,讓飯糰在裡面燜5分鐘至蛋液全熟即可
Switch off the heat, cover the pan, simmer the rice cake in the pan for at least 5 mins, until the egg fully cooked and ready to serve
