Baked Garlic Bread


今日茶點 - 烤蒜蓉麵包

這是爺爺,媽咪和侒侒三人的下午茶。
用昨天的自製吐司來製作蒜蓉麵包∼
媽咪我很愛吃 garlic bread, 所以希望侒侒也喜歡 😘

材料:
麵包 Bread
蒜蓉 Minced Garlic
無鹽奶油 Unsalted Butter
洋蔥粉 (可免) Onion Powder (Optional)
Parsley Leaves

1) 無鹽奶油隔水融化或使用微波爐1分鐘快速融化
Melt the butter with microwave for 1 min or place a bowl of hot water below of butter

2) 蒜頭剁碎,加入奶油拌勻,再加入少許洋蔥粉提味, 再撒點parsley葉
Add the minced garlic into melted butter, and sprinkle a little bit of onion powder and parsley, mix well

3) 將蒜蓉醬均勻的塗抹在麵包上
Coated the garlic sauce on bread, spread evenly

4) 放入預熱烤箱,烤180度 10-15 分鐘即可
Put the bake tray into preheated oven, bake at 180 degree 10-15 mins and ready to serve

此款麵包要趁熱吃哦,酥脆的口感。
不然麵包冷了會變硬
