Mushroom Chicken Soup with Garlic



今日晚餐 - 蒜香香菇雞湯

(適合10個月以上 Suitable for 10 months and above)

材料:
蒜頭 Garlic
香菇 Mushroom
胡蘿蔔 Carrot
雞腿肉 Chicken Thigh

1) 蒜頭用刀拍扁,香菇泡軟切開,胡蘿蔔切片,雞腿肉川燙去雜質
Pat the garlic with knife, soak mushroom till tender and cut into slices, carrot cut into slices, blanch chicken leg to remove dirts

2) 把所有材料放入 Slow cooker, 加水煲約4小時即可
Place all the ingredients into slow cooker, add water and cook for 4 hours and ready to serve.

超香的雞湯,還在煲的時候就聞到濃濃的蒜香味~ 味道也超讚哦!
