Fried Pumpkin Rice Cake
今日午餐 - 煎南瓜飯糰

材料:
白飯 Cooked Rice
南瓜 Pumpkin
香菇 Mushroom
花椰菜 Broccoli
雞蛋 Egg
洋蔥粉 Onion Powder
1)南瓜蒸熟壓爛,香菇泡軟後切丁蒸熟,花椰菜切丁蒸熟
Steam and smash the pumpkin, soak the mushroom in the water until tender and steam, broccoli cut into small pc and steam
2)蒸好的材料和白飯攪拌均勻,用模具壓成型或用保鮮紙 捏成形狀
Combine white rice, mushroom, broccoli and pumpkin, use the mould or wrap with cling wrap and shape it
3)雞蛋打散,撒些洋蔥粉拌勻,飯糰沾上蛋液
Beat the egg, sprinkle some onion powder and stir well, coated the riceball with beaten egg
4)熱鍋,刷上一層橄欖油,煎至兩面金黃色即可
Heat pan, brush a layer of oil olive, fry the rice cake until both side golden and ready to serve
