Mini Buns
今日早餐 - 迷你饅頭
適合寶寶吃的饅頭, 對大人來說完全零甜味 😅
搭配咖哩應該很讚 😉😜
低筋麵粉 hong kong/cake flour 300g
細砂糖 caster sugar 15g
酵母 instant yeast 3g
鮮奶 Fresh Milk 150g
玉米油 Corn Oil 1 tbsp
1) 先將麵粉,糖,酵母和鮮奶攪拌成團後,再加入玉米油揉至 光滑
(用麵包機自定義攪拌設定25分鐘,5分鐘後加入玉米油 )
Mix all the ingredients and knead into dough, add corn oil and knead until the surface silky
(if use breadmaker, set knead dough function at 25 mins, add corn oil after 5 mins later)
2) 取出麵團,揉成條狀,切割,搓圆或做造型,再将馒头放在 烘培纸上
cut the dough to small pieces, make it to round shape or any of shape, place the bun on baking paper
3) 排列好,放入烤箱內,裡面放一碗熱水,水,關上門,讓饅 頭發酵30分鐘
send the bun into oven, place a bowl of hot water below of oven, close it, and let the bun ferment for 30 mins
4) 把發酵好的饅頭,放进水已经煮开的锅里,中火蒸15分钟 ,取出待凉即可
Place the bun into the pot (the water must be boiling), switch to medium heat and steam for 15 mins. Remove from the pot and cooling it and done!
玫瑰造型:
把麵團搓圓桿平,4-5片交錯排成1字型,由下往上折起 ,中間切開即可
