Homemade Fries & Mushroom Pork Ball with Cornflakes


今日午餐 - 自製薯條 & 黃金香菇豬肉丸

薯條做法:

1)馬鈴薯切成條狀,泡水20分鐘
2)蒸至8分熟
3)表層刷上一層薄薄的橄欖油
4)把薯條放入預熱烤箱,175 度烤15分鐘,再翻面烤10分鐘即可

黃金香菇豬肉丸:

材料:
香菇
豬肉碎
馬鈴薯粉
麻油
胡椒粉
玉米脆片
雞蛋

1)豬肉碎先和麻油,胡椒粉,馬鈴薯粉醃製30分鐘
2)香菇泡水待軟化,切丁
3)雞蛋打散,玉米脆片弄碎,放一旁備用
4)豬肉碎和香菇丁攪拌混合
5)取適量捏成球狀,沾上蛋液,再沾上玉米脆片,放入烤
6)把烤盤送入預熱烤箱,175度烤20~25分鐘即可

Homemade Fries:

1) Cut the potato into slices, soak them into a bowl of cold water for 20 mins
2) Steam the potato slices to about 80% cooked
3) Brush a thin layer of olive oil on the surface of potato slices
4) Send the fries into preheat oven, bake for 175 deg 15 mins, flip the fries to another side and bake for another 10 mins and ready to serve

Mushroom Pork Ball with Cornflakes

Mushroom
Minced Pork
Potato Starch
Sesame Oil
Pepper Powder
Cornflakes
Egg

1) Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil, pepper powder and potato starch for 30 mins
2) Soak the mushroom in the water until tender, cut them into small pieces
3) Beat the egg, smash the cornflakes and set aside
4) Mix and combine the minced pork and mushroom dice
5) Shape the minced pork into round shape, coated with beaten egg and cornflakes, place them on the bake tray
6) Send the bake tray into preheat oven, bake at 175 deg for 20~25 mins and ready to serve
