Spaghetti with Cheese & Pumpkin Sauce
今日午餐 - 南瓜酱芝士意面
材料:
南瓜 Pumpkin
无盐奶油 Unsalted Butter
面粉 Flour
芝士丝 Grated Cheese
牛奶 Fresh Milk
1) 南瓜蒸熟压烂;意大利面水煮熟,沥干,加入少许橄榄油拌 匀,防止面条黏在一起;放一旁备用
Steam and smash the pumpkin;cook the spaghetti in another pot of boiling water, drain dry, pour a little bit of olive oil to prevent the spaghetti stick together, set aside
2) 小火热锅,加入无盐奶油待融化,加入1汤匙的面粉拌匀
Switch to low heat, heat pot, melted unsalted butter, add in 1 tbsp flour and keep stirring
3) 慢慢分次倒入牛奶搅拌至面团成糊状
Pour the fresh milk into pot several times and slowly, keep stirring until the batter become creamy
3) 加入南瓜泥拌匀,加入芝士丝拌匀
Add the pumpkin puree and stir, add in grated cheese and stir to combine
4) 最后再加入少许牛奶再搅拌均匀即可熄火
Pour some milk stir well and switch off the heat
5) 把煮好的南瓜酱淋在意大利面上, 再撒点Oregano Leaves, 即可享用
Pour the pumpkin sauce on spaghetti, sprinkle a pinch of oregano leaves and ready to serve.
