香烤“炸”鸡
Baked "Fried“ Chicken


材料:
鸡肉 Chicken 
洋葱粉 Onion Powder 1 tsp
面粉 Plain Flour 4 tbsp
玉米粉 Corn Starch 4 tbsp
咖哩粉 Curry Powder 1 tsp
胡椒粉 Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Basil Leaves 1/4 tsp
Oregano Leaves 1/4 tsp

1) 鸡肉和洋葱粉腌制至少15分钟,剩余的粉类拌匀成炸粉
Marinate the chicken and onion powder for at least 15 mins, combine the rest of the powder and spices in a bowl

2) 鸡肉沾上炸粉,排在烤架上
Coated chicken with the powders, place them on the bake tray

3) 放入预热烤箱,先烤 200deg 25分钟
Put into preheat oven, bake for 200 deg 25 mins

4) 取出,翻面,将滴下的鸡油薄薄扫在鸡肉表面,再放入烤箱,继续200 deg 烤 20 mins 即可
Take out the tray, flip the chicken to the other side, brush a layer of the chicken oil which drop on the bake tray on the surface of the chicken. Place them into oven again, bake at 200 deg for 20 mins and ready to serve.


香烤薯块
Baked Potato Wedges


材料:
马铃薯 Potato 
橄榄油 Olive Oil
Oregano Leaves 

1) 马铃薯切块
Cut the potato into slices

2) 倒入少许橄榄油和Oregano Leaves, 拌匀
Mix and combine with the olive oil and oregano leaves

3) 放入预热烤箱,180 deg 20~30分钟即可
Place them into preheat oven, bake at 180 deg 20~30 mins and ready to serve.
