Minced Pork with Toufu
今日晚餐 - 肉碎豆腐 + 甜菜根ABC湯
材料:
蒜米 Minced Garlic
豬肉碎 Minced Pork
麻油 Sesame Oil
胡椒粉 Pepper Powder
太白粉 Potato Starch
1) 豆腐先泡鹽水10分鐘去腥 (鹽 1咪咪),裝盤待用
Soak the toufu with water & salt (a pinch) for 10 mins, transfer to plate and set aside
2) 豬肉碎先和麻油,胡椒粉和太白粉醃製30分鐘
Marinate the minced pork with sesame oil, pepper powder and potato starch for 30 mins.
3) 熱鍋, 加入橄欖油和蒜米炒香
Heat pan, pour some olive oil and stir fry the garlic until fragrant
4) 加入肉碎翻炒至熟,熄火起鍋倒在豆腐上,大火蒸15分鐘 即可
Add the minced pork and stir fry until cooked, switch off the heat and place them on top of toufu, steam the toufu with high heat for 15 mins and ready to serve
這道家常菜很下飯,我很喜歡搭配白飯一起吃~ 很好吃的說~
