Garlic Tomato Spaghetti


今日午餐 - 蒜香蕃茄意面
Garlic Tomato Spaghetti 

味道很赞哦~ 可惜鸡肉有点硬,侒侒吃一个就不要了,只吃面和蘑菇

材料:
蕃茄 2小粒 Tomato 2pcs (Small)
蘑菇 5粒 Brown Mushroom 5 pcs
蒜米 5颗 Chopped Garlic 5 pcs
鸡肉 Chicken
橄榄油 Olive Oil
Paprika Powder
意大利面 Spaghetti

1) 意大利面先煮好,用冷水浸泡备用
Cook the spaghetti, place them into a bowl of cold water, set aside

2) 所有材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces

3) 鸡肉,橄榄油和Paprika Powder 腌 30分钟
Marinate the chicken with olive oil and paprika powder for 30 mins

4) 热锅,加入橄榄油和蒜米炒香
Heat pan, add olive oil and garlic and stir fry until fragrant

5) 加入鸡肉翻炒至泛白
Add chicken and stir fry until the color turn white

6) 加入蕃茄和蘑菇翻炒1分钟
Add tomato and mushroom stir fry for 1 min

7) 加入适量的水,盖锅小火焖至软化
Add water, cover the pan and switch to low heat and simmer until tender

8) 加入煮好的意大利面翻炒,约5~8分钟即可
Add the spaghetti and stir fry for 5~8 mins and ready to serve
