Fried Egg with Tomato


今日晚餐 - 蕃茄炒蛋

材料:
蕃茄 Tomato
鸡蛋 Egg
蒜米 chopped garlic
自制番茄酱 Homemade Tomato Sauce
无盐奶油 / 橄榄油 Unsalted Butter / Olive Oil
高汤/水 Soup Stock / Water
细砂糖 (可免) Fine Sugar (optional)

1) 蕃茄切丁, 鸡蛋打散备用
Cut the tomato into pieces, beaten egg and set aside

2) 热锅, 加油和蒜米炒香
Heat pan, add oil and garlic fry until fragrant

3) 加入蕃茄翻炒, 加入番茄酱, 高汤/水翻炒至熟, 起锅备用
Add tomato and stir fry, add tomato sauce and soup stock/Water stir fry until cooked. Transfer them to a bowl and set aside

4) 热锅, 抹一层油, 倒入蛋液快速翻炒
Heat pan, brush a layer of oil, add the egg and stir fry rapidly

5) 加入步骤3翻炒, 再加入少许细砂糖翻炒均匀即可
Add in the step 3 stir fry, add a pinch of sugar stir fry and ready to serve.

如果用无盐奶油味道会稍重, 反之, 橄榄油较清淡咯。
