Hainanese Chicken Rice
今日晚餐 - 海南鸡饭 (很麻烦版)
(以下为4个大人,1个baby的分量)
For 4 adults and 1 baby
材料 (A): Ingredients (A)
黄洋葱 1粒 (切粒)Yellow Onion 1 pc (cut into small pieces)
蒜米 12粒 (切碎) Garlic Clove 12 pcs (chopped garlic)
姜片 7·8片 (切碎)Ginger Slices 7~8 pcs (chopped ginger)
大葱 2~3条 Scallion 2~3 pcs (cut into small pieces)
芫荽 1束 Coriander 1 brunch
鸡 1隻 Chicken 1 pc
水 4碗 Water 4 bowls
1) 全部放入锅内(除了鸡),煮至水沸腾,加入切好的鸡再煮 至熟 <-- 我用饭锅煮,约20~25分钟
Place all the ingredients into cooking pot (except chicken), cook until water boiling, put the chicken into pot and cook until tender <-- i use rice cooker, approximate 20~25 mins
2) 煮好的鸡肉拿出,去骨取肉,待用
Take out the cooked chicken, deboning and place the meat aside
3)鸡骨头连同汤头用大火煮至入味,约15~20分钟, 待用
Put the chicken bone and the soup into pot, boil them with high heat for 15~20 mins, set aside.
材料(B):Ingredients (B)
蒜米 7~8粒 (切碎)Chopped garlic 7~8 pcs
姜茸 4~5片 (切碎)Chopped ginger 4~5 pcs
红葱头 1粒 (切碎)Red onion 1 pc
生米 3 1/2杯 Rice 3 1/2 cup
橄榄油 少许 Olive oil
斑斓叶 5~6片 Pandan Leaves 5~6 pcs
香菇 随意 Mushroom (optional)
1)热锅,加入橄榄油,炒香蒜米,姜茸和红葱头
Heat pan, add olive oil, fry the garlic, ginger and red onion until fragrant
2)加入生米翻炒约5分钟即可熄火
Add rice and stir fry for 4 mins, switch off the heat
3)把炒好的米倒入饭锅内,香菇放在上面,倒入之前煮好 的鸡高汤 1:1 的分量
Pour the rice into rice cooker, place the mushroom on top, pour the chicken soup (1:1) into rice cooker
4)把斑斓叶放在上面,盖锅,开”ON"煮饭即可
Put the pandan leaves on top, cover the rice cooker, set "ON" and get ready.
** 5) 待饭煮好后,把之前弄好的鸡肉放入饭锅内用蒸气焖约5分 钟即可享用
** Once the rice done, put the chicken meat into rice cooker, steam for 5 mins and ready to serve.
今天一家5口都吃海南鸡饭, 用了一堆洋葱, 蒜, 薑..
切洋葱切到流眼泪
鸡汤大部分拿来煮饭, 剩下一碗精华, 给了家里最宝贝的侒侒喝
所有饭, 汤都不留, 吃光咯~♡
