宝宝版大阪烧

Baby Version Okonomiyaki (Japanese Savory Pancake)
今日午餐 - 宝宝版大阪烧
材料:
低筋面粉 100g Low Protein Flour 100g
鸡蛋 1粒 Egg 1 pc
水 Water
包菜丝 Cabbage Slices
萝卜丝 Carrot Slices
马铃薯丝 Potato Slices
猪肉碎 Minced Pork
橄榄油 Olive Oil
黑胡椒粉 Black Pepper Powder
Oregano Leaves
太白粉 Potato Starch
Mozzarella Cheese
1) 猪肉碎和橄榄油, 黑胡椒粉, 太白粉和Oregano Leaves 腌至少30分钟
Marinate the minced pork with olive oil, black pepper powder, potato starch and Oregano leaves for at least 30 mins
2) 把蔬菜丝和猪肉碎拌匀
Combine the vegetables Slices and minced pork
3) 面粉, 鸡蛋和水搅拌均匀成面糊
Mix and combine the flour, egg and water
4) 把(2)加入(3)拌匀
Pour the step 2 to step 3
5) 热锅, 加入橄榄油后把搅拌好的(4)倒进锅里
Heat pan, add olive oil and pour the step 4 into the fry pan
6) 中小火煎至两面全熟, 关火, 撒上Mozzarella Cheese, 盖锅, 利用热气让Cheese融化即可享用
Fry with medium low heat until both side cooked, switch off the heat, pour the Mozzarella cheese on top, cover the pan until the cheese melted and ready to serve.
原本的大阪烧是要有甜酱, mayonnaise, 柴鱼片, 吃起来才好吃。
但因为是给宝宝的, 当然不能那么重口味, 用cheese来代替一样好吃^^
这么一大块, 侒侒吃光光~
