蕃茄菠菜蛋花汤

Soup of Tomato Spinach & Egg
今日晚餐 - 蕃茄菠菜蛋花汤
(適合1歲以上 Suitable for 1 year old and above)
材料:
蕃茄 Tomato
菠菜 Spinach
鸡蛋 Egg
1) 把蕃茄放入滚烫的水中, 煮至水滚
Add the tomato into a pot of boiling water, cook it until the water boiling again
2) 加入菠菜煮至水滚, 转中小火
Add the spinach and cook until water boiling, switch to medium low heat
3) 20分钟后加入蛋液搅拌
Add the beaten egg into pot after 20 mins and stir
4) 再煮约10分钟即可
Cook another 10 mins and ready to serve
