Garlic Pork Patties


今日晚餐 - 蒜香猪肉饼

材料:
猪绞肉 Minced Pork
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
橄榄油 Olive Oil
黑胡椒粉 Black Pepper Powder
Oregano Leaves
太白粉 Potato Starch

1) 所有材料搅拌均匀腌至少30分钟
Marinate the minced pork with all the ingredients for at least 30 mins

2) 手捏成型, 稍微左右拍打几下
Shape it with hands, pat it several times

3) 热锅, 抹上少许橄榄油, 置入肉饼小火煎至两面金黄色即可
Heat fry pan, brush a layer of olive oil, put the patties into pan and fry with low heat until golden and ready to serve.

最近很爱用很多蒜做料理, 有蒜香味的侒侒都很爱吃。这个肉饼他就配饭吃掉2片, 和一碗汤。一口接一口的吃, 看得我都饿了 XD
