咖喱鸡肉蛋炒饭

Curry Chicken Fried Rice with Egg
今日晚餐 - 咖喱鸡肉蛋炒饭
材料:
鸡肉 Chicken
咖喱粉 Curry Powder
麻油 Sesame Oil
鸡蛋 Egg
蒜米 chopped garlic
橄榄油 Olive oil
白饭 cooked rice
1) 鸡肉, 咖喱粉和麻油腌30分钟
Marinate the chicken with curry powder and sesame oil for 30 mins
2) 热锅, 加入橄榄油和蒜米炒至金黄色
Heat pan, add olive oil and garlic and stir fry until golden
3) 加入鸡肉翻炒至泛白
Add chicken and stir fry until color turn white
4) 加入白饭翻炒, 把饭推到一边, 加入鸡蛋翻炒
Add cooked rice and stir fry, push the rice to aside, add egg and stir fry
5) 再把全部一起翻炒均匀即可
Lastly, stir fry all together and ready to serve
