柠檬煎三文鱼 + 咖哩香菇马铃薯

Fried Salmon with Lemon


今日午餐 - 柠檬煎三文鱼 + 咖哩香菇马铃薯

材料:
三文鱼 Salmon
柠檬汁 Lemon Juice

香菇 Dried Mushroom
马铃薯 Potato
洋葱 Spring Onion
咖哩粉 Curry Powder
玉米粉+水 Corn Starch + Water

1) 三文鱼和1汤匙柠檬汁腌30分钟
Marinate the salmon with 1 tbsp lemon juice for 30 mins

2) 热锅,放入三文鱼煎至两面金黄色
Heat fry pan, put in the salmon and fry until golden

3) 享用之前加入1茶匙的柠檬汁即可
Pour 1 tsp of lemon juice and ready to serve

4) 材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small piece

5) 热锅,加入少许橄榄油炒香洋葱
Heat pan, pour olive oil and spring onion fry until fragrant

6) 加入马铃薯和香菇翻炒至有香味,加入1碗的水焖至软化
Add potato and mushroom stir fry until fragrant, pour 1 bowl of water and simmer until tender

7) 加入咖喱粉和玉米水翻炒均匀即可
Add curry powder and corn starch water and stir fry evenly and ready to serve

昨晚小朋友凌晨4点把我们弄醒,将近6点才睡着 upset emoticon我们夫妻快累坏了,尤其是爸比,直接不用睡觉上班去了 0.0

从昨晚开始吃少少,今天也是吃一点点,一直要亲喂而已。看来新的大牙又来了.. 噩梦又开始了 T.T
