今日午餐 - 番茄酱鸡肉炒饭 + 蛋卷 + 白萝卜苹果鸡汤
今天的午餐很像很丰富 哈哈
番茄酱是用昨天做的, 拿出来做炒饭很方便 😊
番茄酱鸡肉炒饭: (For 10 months and above)
Tomato Sauce Chicken Fried Rice
1) 鸡肉用 Paprika powder + Oregano + 橄榄油 + 玉米粉 腌30分钟
Marinate the chicken with paprika, oregano, olive oil and corn starch for 30 mins.
2) 热锅, 加入少许橄榄油和鸡肉翻炒至泛白
Heat pan, add olive oil and chicken stir fry
3) 加入番茄酱翻炒, 加入白饭翻炒均匀即可
Add homemade tomato sauce stir fry, add cooked rice stir fry and ready to serve.
蛋卷 Egg roll: (For 12 months and above)
1) 鸡蛋1粒 + 3汤匙牛奶, 打散拌匀
Beat the 1 Egg + 3 tbsp of milk, stir evenly
2) 热锅, 加入少许感蓝哟, 倒入蛋液, 小火煎至熟
Heat pan, add olive oil and pour the egg into pan, fry with low heat until cooked.
3) 卷起来切开即可 ( 可以随意加配料)
Roll the egg and cut and ready to serve. (You may wish to add your favorite topping)
白萝卜苹果鸡汤 (For 8 months and above)
Radish Apple Chicken Soup
1) 所有材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces
2) 热锅, 加入材料翻炒1分钟, 加入适量鸡高汤焖煮至软化即可
Heat pan, add the ingredients and stir fry for 1 min, add chicken stock and let it stew until tender and ready to serve.
