Homemade Chicken Floss



自制鸡肉松
材料:
鸡胸肉 Chicken Breast Meat

1)鸡肉先用滚水煮熟,沥干,待凉,弄成丝
Cook the chicken with boiling water, drain dry, cooling, tear into slices

2i) 放入SKG面包机,选menu 13
Put them into SKG Breakmaker, choose menu 13
OR
2ii) 热锅,倒入鸡肉丝中小火一直不停的炒至干干
Heat pan, pour the chicken slices into the pan, stir fry them with medium low heat continuously until dry

3) 待凉,收入密封罐内,冷藏即可 (可收藏1星期多)
Cooling, keep them into a sealed jar (Max to keep for 1 week plus)

因为鸡肉松会有点硬,拿来调味会是不错的选择哦^^
