Fried Rice with Mushrooms


今日午餐 - 双菇炒饭

这道炒饭色香味俱全,基本上有蘑菇都不需要加调味料。侒侒也是吃掉一大碗哦 ^^

材料:
洋葱 Spring Onion
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
蘑菇 Brown Mushroom
香菇 Mushroom
萝卜 Carrot
马铃薯 Potato
橄榄油 Olive Oil
白饭 Cooked Rice

1) 所有材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces

2) 热锅,加入橄榄油,洋葱和蒜米炒至金黄色
Heat pan, add olive oil, spring onion and garlic and fry until golden

3) 加入双菇,马铃薯和萝卜翻炒至有香味,加入水盖过食材,盖锅焖至软化收汁
Add mushrooms, potato and carrot and stir fry until fragrant, add water to cover the ingredients, cover the pan and simmer until tender and dry

4) 加入白饭翻炒均匀即可
Add cooked rice and stir fry evenly and ready to serve
