Potato Chicken Bonito Flakes Soup with Udon

今日午餐- 马铃薯鸡肉柴鱼片汤乌冬面

(適合10個月以上 Suitable for 10 months and above)

材料:
马铃薯 Potato
鸡肉 Chicken
柴鱼片 Bonito Flakes
乌冬面 Udon

1) 马铃薯和鸡肉切丁
Cut the potato and Chicken into small pieces

2) 把柴鱼片倒入滚烫的水煮滚
Put the Bonito Flakes into a pot of boiling water

3) 加入马铃薯和鸡肉再煮至软化
Add potato and Chicken and cook till tender

4) 加入乌冬面煮约8-10分钟即可
Add udon and cook for 8-10 mins and ready to serve.
