Homemade Tomato Sauce with Spaghetti
今日午餐 - 自製蕃茄醬意大利面
材料:
蒜米 4辦 Garlic 4 pcs
黃洋蔥 1粒 Yellow Onion 1 pc
櫻桃蕃茄 16粒 Cherry Tomato 16 pcs
橙汁 1-2粒 Orange Juice 1-2pcs
橄欖油 Olive oil
1) 熱鍋,加入橄欖油,蒜米和洋蔥炒至有香Heat pan, add olive oil and fry the onion and garlic until fragrant
2) 加入櫻桃蕃茄翻炒一下
Add cherry tomatoes stir fry
3) 倒入橙汁翻炒均勻,蓋鍋燜至蕃茄軟化即可熄火
Pour the orange juice into pan and stir fry, cover the pan and let it cook until tomatoes tender and switch off the heat
4) 放入攪拌機內攪拌
Pour the ingredients into blender and blend into Sauce
5) 待涼即可裝進瓶內冷藏
Wait for cooling and may store in fridge with a glass bottle
** 自製醬料最多冷藏1星期。
** Homemade sauce may store in fridge for maximum 1 week.
** 蕃茄醬在打汁之前,如果有空可以先把蕃茄皮挑出來哦
** Remove the tomato skin before blend if you free ^^
今天午餐就配意大利面吃咯! 侒侒終於願意吃蕃茄醬了😄
