Pumpkin Mushroom & Chicken Stew Rice
今日午餐 - 南瓜香菇鸡肉焖饭
材料:
南瓜 Pumpkin
香菇 mushroom
鸡肉 Chicken
生米 Raw Rice
麻油 Sesame Oil
橄榄油 Olive oil
1) 所有材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces
2) 热锅, 加入橄榄油和鸡肉炒至泛白
Heat pan, add olive oil and chicken and stir fry until the color turn white
3) 加入南瓜和香菇翻炒1分钟
Add pumpkin and mushroom stir fry for 1 min
4) 加入生米和麻油翻炒1分钟
Add raw rice and sesame oil stir fry for 1 min
5) 加水盖过全部, 转小火焖至米熟
Add water to cover all the ingredients, switch to low heat and stew until rice cooked
6) 中间查看, 如果水快干, 饭还没熟就得加水, 全程约15-20分钟
Add water into pan again if the rice uncooked and water drying soon, the whole process take about 15-20 mins.
7) 饭好后再翻炒一下即可
