Mushroom Chicken With Egg Porridge (ELB)
今日午餐 - 滑蛋香菇鸡肉粥 (ELB)
很好吃的粥!
材料:
洋葱 Spring onion
香菇 mushroom
鸡肉 Chicken
马铃薯 Potato
鸡高汤/水 Chicken Soup Stock/Water
生米 Rice
鸡蛋 Egg
1) 所有材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces
2) 把生米连同所有材料放入ELB
Put in all the ingredients and rice into ELB
3) 加高汤/水后盖起来煮
Add chicken soup stock/Water and cover the ELB and cook
4) 大约45分钟加入鸡蛋搅拌一下
Add the egg into the pot after 45 mins and stir
5) 再煮约5-10分钟即可
And cook for another 5-10 mins and ready to serve
昨天一整天侒不肯吃东西, 早餐, 午餐, 晚餐都不吃
摸他的牙龈发现似乎又有牙要开始切出来了 😵
今天换粥看看, 终于肯吃了
