Mushroom Minced Pork Porridge (ELB)


今日午餐 - 香菇猪肉碎粥

材料:
猪肉碎 Minced pork
香菇 dried mushroom
萝卜 carrot
花椰菜 Broccoli
麻油 Sesame Oil

1) 猪肉碎和麻油腌渍15分钟
Marinate the Minced pork for 15 mins

2) 先煮一锅水, 把猪肉碎放入滚烫的水中煮至半熟, 捞起
Cook the Minced pork in a pot of boiling water until half - cooked, drain dry

3) 把所有材料(除了花椰菜) 和生米&水一起放入ELB内煮
Add all the ingredients (except broccoli), rice & water into ELB

4) 等粥差不多煮好的时候, 加入花椰菜再煮约5-7分钟即可
Add the Broccoli into pot once the porridge almost done, let it cook for another 5-7 mins and ready to serve
