Mushroom Potato Stew Rice (By Rice Cooker)
今日午餐 - 香菇馬鈴薯燜飯 (電飯鍋版)
材料:
蒜米 Chooped garlic
麻油 Saseme Oil
馬鈴薯 Potato
胡蘿蔔絲 Carrot Slice
香菇 Mushroom
小玉米 Small Corn
菜豆 Long Bean
生米 Rice
1) 熱鍋,加入麻油炒香蒜米
Heat pan, add Saseme oil and garlic fry until fragrant
2) 加入馬鈴薯和胡蘿蔔絲翻炒
Add potato and carrot slice and stir fry
3) 加入香菇翻炒, 再加入小玉米和菜豆翻炒
Add mushroom and stir fry, add small corn and long bean stir fry
4) 翻炒至差不多半熟就跟洗好的生米和適量的水一起倒入飯鍋 內
Stir fry until half cooked, pour into rice cooker together with the rice and water
5) 按“煮飯”鍵即可
press "cook rice" button and done.
昨晚小瓜因長大牙痛到半夜3.30起來,搞到5點左右才 睡。我們兩夫妻累慘了😪
原本煮這飯會擔心他不吃,因為最近真的很難捉摸他的心
但幸虧沒有白費心思,吃掉3/4碗 😄
