Vege Minced Pork Patties
今日晚餐 - 蔬菜肉碎饼
材料:
猪肉碎 Minced pork
洋葱 Spring onion
萝卜carrot
马铃薯 Potato
花椰菜 Broccoli
玉米 corn
鸡蛋 Egg
麻油 Sesame Oil
橄榄油 Olive oil
1) 猪肉碎与麻油腌15分钟
Marinate the Minced pork with sesame oil for 15 mins
2) 所有蔬菜先蒸熟, 压烂待凉
Steam all the vegetables till cooked, smash them and set aside until cool down
3) 把所有蔬菜, 肉碎和鸡蛋搅拌均匀
Mix all the vegetables, Minced pork and egg
4) 热锅, 加入适量的橄榄油, 用汤匙舀起一小块, 置入锅内煎至熟透即可
Heat pan, add the olive oil into pan, scoop a piece of the mixture, fry both side until cooked
这肉饼并不会很硬, 很适合宝宝吃。稍微有点麻油的味道, 但也不失食物本身的自然甜味。侒侒看起来很爱吃, 吃掉6片, 拼命塞嘴巴 😅
如果大人吃的话, 就得加些盐, 胡椒粉稍微调味就很好吃咯
