Vege & Pork Rice Patties
今日午餐 - 蔬菜肉碎米饼
材料:
白饭 cooked rice
萝卜丝 carrot slice
沙葛 Turnip
洋葱 Spring onion
花椰菜 Broccoli
猪肉碎 Minced pork
麻油 Sesame Oil
胡椒粉 Pepper powder
Parsley
玉米粉 Corn Starch
1) 猪肉碎, 麻油, 胡椒粉, 玉米粉和parsley腌渍1小时
Marinate the Minced pork with sesame oil, pepper, corn starch and parsley for 1 hour
2) 蔬菜蒸熟
steam the vegetables
3) 全部材料混合搅拌均匀, 用手捏成型
Combine and mix all the ingredients, use hand to shape it
4) 热锅, 用不沾锅煎至两面金黄即可
Heat pan, fry the rice Patties with non stick pan until both side golden and ready to serve
