German Cookies


材料:
無鹽奶油 80g
Cream Cheese 70g
糖份 30g
馬鈴薯粉 130g
麵粉 80g

1) 將無鹽奶油和和Cream Cheese 攪拌均勻,加入糖份拌勻
2)加入馬鈴薯分和麵粉拌勻成麵團
3)把麵團揉成小粒,再用叉子稍微壓扁
4)放進預熱烤箱,150 deg 15分鐘即可
