Mushroom Potato Fried Rice
今日晚餐 - 香菇马铃薯炒饭
材料:
白饭 cooked rice
蒜米 chopped garlic
洋葱 Spring onion
香菇 mushroom
马铃薯 Potato
花椰菜 Broccoli
鸡蛋 Egg
无盐奶油 Unsalted butter
1) 所有材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces
2) 热锅, 加入无盐奶油, 蒜米和洋葱翻炒至有香味
Heat pan, add unsalted butter, garlic and onion fry until fragrant
3) 加入马铃薯和香菇翻炒
Add potato and mushroom and stir fry
4) 加水盖锅焖至软化收汁
Add water into pan, cover the pan and let it cook until soften and dry
5) 加入蛋液翻炒
Add beaten egg and stir fry
6) 加入白饭和花椰菜翻炒3分钟即可
Add cooked rice and Broccoli stir fry for 3 mins and ready to serve
今天下午出门, 晚餐就准备简单的炒饭。
最近他胃口都不太好, 长牙不舒服, 所以也只是吃一半就不吃了
