今日晚餐 - 焖炒杂蔬
无油烹调法:
Oil - free cooking:
材料:
蒜米 garlic
洋葱 Spring onion
蘑菇 mushroom
南瓜 Pumpkin
菜豆 Long Bean
1) 所有材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces
2) 热锅, 加入蒜米, 洋葱和适量的水至不沾锅炒香
Heat pan, add the garlic, onion and some water into non - stick pan and fry until fragrant
3) 加入所有蔬菜翻炒, 加水焖至软化收汁
Add all the vegetables and stir fry, add water into pan and stew the ingredients until soften and dry
4) 再翻炒约2分钟即可
Stir fry for 2 mins and ready to serve
原汁原味的一道菜肴。
刚在想他会不会是对他的餐具感到厌倦了, 所以我就用我们大人用的碗和汤匙让他吃, 果然主动舀饭来吃, 还吃的频频点头
