Mushroom Sliced Chicken Rice (Rice Cooker Version)


今日午餐 - 香菇雞絲飯 (一鍋熟)

材料:
香菇 Mushroom
雞肉 Chicken
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
姜 Ginger
蔥 Scallion
芫荽 Coriander
斑斕葉 Pandan Leaf
麻油 Sesame Oil

1)所有材料切片 / 絲
Cut all the ingredients into pieces/slices

2)雞肉用麻油和蒜米醃30分鐘
Marinate the chicken with sesame oil and chopped garlic for 30 mins.

3) 把生米和所有材料平均放入飯鍋內,加水/雞湯,再放斑斕葉在上面
Place the rice and all the ingredients into rice cooker, pour water / chicken soup stock, and put the pandan leaf on top

4)啟動煮飯按鈕即可
Press cook rice button and ready to serve

雞肉熟了之後再剪成絲就可以了
Cut the chicken into slice once cooked

蒜米,姜,蔥和芫荽的數量依照個人喜好
The amount of garlic, ginger, scallion and coriander according to your preference.
