Watercress Soup with Plain Porridge
今日晚餐 - 西洋菜汤配白粥 (适合8个月以上)
Watercress Soup with Plain Porridge (Suitable for 8 months and above)
材料:
西洋菜 Watercress
萝卜 carrot
红枣 Red dates
猪骨 pork bone
1) 猪骨川烫去血水, 备用
Cook the pork bone with boiling water for 3 mins, to remove the blood, set aside
2) 待锅里的水滚后, 加入全部材料
Add all the ingredients into a pot of boiling water
3) 水滚后, 转小火慢煲2小时即可
Once the water boiling again, switch to low heat and boil for 2 hours and ready to serve
*大人要吃的话, 汤差不多好的时候加入适量的盐即可*
*May add a certain amount of salt into soup for adult*
到了晚餐, 他还是胃口不佳, 喝几口汤, 吃几口粥就不吃了 😧 希望明天他的胃口好点
