马铃薯千层派

Potato Mille Crepe


材料:
马铃薯 Potato
猪肉碎 Minced meat
Cheese 
自製pasta 酱汁 Self-made pasta sauce 

做法:
1)马铃薯去皮切片,备用
Peel the skin of potato, cut into slice, set aside 

2)猪肉碎先炒香,备用
Stir-fry the minced meat, set aside

3)在烘培铝箔盒抹上少许的vco (virgin coconut oil)
Brush a layer of vco into bake mold

4)将马铃薯片交杂叠上一层,再涂上pasta酱汁
Put the potato slice onto the mold, apply a layer of pasta sauce

5)撒上猪肉碎叠上一层,再放一层Cheese(叠厚点
Put a layer of minced meat, and a layer of cheese 

6)依你所需的分量,重复以上动作
Repeat the steps above

7)然后送进預熱烤箱,依照千层派的大小来抓时间。
Preheat oven, set the timer according to the crepe

我今天做的是两人份,大约30分钟。
如果想要味道浓郁点,可以加点牛奶会更香哦。
因为我家的母奶宝宝还不能吃有牛奶的食物,所以我没加牛奶,千层派吃起来会比较干。
