Avocado Chicken Fried Rice


今日午餐 - 牛油果鸡肉炒饭

材料:
牛油果 Avocado
花椰菜 Broccoli
玉米 corn
萝卜 carrot
洋葱 Spring onion
鸡肉 Chicken
胡椒粉 Pepper powder
Paprika powder
麻油 Sesame Oil
橄榄油 Olive oil
熟饭 Cooked rice

1) 鸡肉先和胡椒粉, paprika powder 和麻油腌30分钟
Marinate the chicken with pepper, paprika and sesame oil for 30 mins

2) 全部材料切丁, 备用
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, set aside

3) 热锅, 加入橄榄油炒香洋葱
Heat pan, add olive oil and fry the onion until fragrant

4) 加入鸡肉丁炒至泛白, 加一点点水
Add chicken stir fry, add little bit of water

5) 加入玉米和萝卜翻炒至有香味
Add corn and carrot stir fry until fragrant

6) 加入牛油果和花椰菜翻炒, 加一点水翻炒均匀
Add avocado and Broccoli and stir fry, add a bit of water and stir fry

7) 加入白饭翻炒约3分钟即可
Add cooked rice stir fry for 3 mins and ready to serve
