Japanese Style Vege Soup


今日晚餐 - 日式蔬菜汤 

(適合10個月以上 Suitable for 10 months and above)

材料:
洋葱 Spring onion
蒜米 Garlic
萝卜 Carrot
马铃薯 Potato
蕃茄 Tomato
香菇 mushroom
橄榄油 Olive oil

1) 全部材料切丁
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces

2) 热锅, 加入少许橄榄油炒香蒜米和洋葱
Heat pan, add a bit of olive oil and fry the onion and garlic until fragrant

3) 加大约3-4碗水, 煮至水滚
Add approximate 3-4 bowls of water, cook until water boiling

4) 加入所有材料, 转中小火煮至软化
Add in all the ingredients, switch to medium low heat cook until the ingredients tender

5) 把蕃茄压烂, 再煮一下下即可
Use the spatula mash the tomato, and cook for a little while more and ready to serve
