Cheese Mushroom Pumpkin Omelette
今日午餐 - 芝士蘑菇南瓜蛋
材料:
雞蛋 Egg
南瓜 Pumpkin
蘑菇 Mushroom
包菜 Cabbage
橄欖油 Olive Oil
胡椒粉 Pepper Powder
芝士絲 Shredded Cheese
1) 南瓜,蘑菇和包菜切絲蒸熟
Cut the pumpkin, mushroom and cabbage into slice and steam them
2) 把所有材料,雞蛋,橄欖油和胡椒粉攪拌均勻,再加入芝士 絲拌勻
Add the ingredients, egg, olive oil and pepper into a bowl and mix well, and add shredded cheese and mix again
3) 熱鍋,轉中小火煎
Heat pan, switch to medium low heat and fry the egg
4) 蓋鍋至蛋表面熟透,再翻面煎一下下即可
Cover the pan and let it cook until the surface of egg cooked, turn to the other side and fry for a while and ready to serve
這個omelette 超好吃,味道剛好很下飯哦
