银鱼菠菜面线汤

Silver Fish & Spinach Meesua Soup
今日午餐 - 银鱼菠菜面线汤
(適合1歲以上 Suitable for 1 year old and above)
材料:
干银鱼 Dried Silver Fish
菠菜 Spinach
小番茄 Cherry tomatoes
鸡蛋 Egg
马铃薯 Potato
麻油 Sesame Oil
1) 清洗银鱼, 沥干
Soak the silver fish, drained it
2) 热锅, 干炒银鱼至有香味, 加一点水翻炒去腥
Heat pan, fry the silver fish till fragrant, add a bit of water stir fry to remove the fishy smell
3) 加入小番茄和马铃薯翻炒, 加入大约3-4杯水, 再加1汤匙的麻油, 盖锅转小火焖至软化
Add cherry tomato and Potato stir fry, insert approximate 3-4 cups of water. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, cover the pan, switch to low heat and stew the ingredients soften
4) 加入菠菜煮大约3分钟
Add spinach cook for 3 mins
5) 加入蛋液, 利用筷子拉散蛋液变成蛋花
Add egg, use chopstick to stir the egg
6) 同时用另一锅水煮面线, 捞起备用
Use another pot to cook mee sua simultaneously, drained the cooked Meesua and set aside
7) 加入蛋液后再煮约5分钟, 拌入麵線即可享用
After adding the egg, boil the soup for 5 mins and ready to serve with mee sua

銀魚屬醃製品,不建議直接給寶寶吃,最好先挑出來再讓寶 寶吃哦
