Baked Pumpkin Egg Tart
今日午餐 - 烤南瓜蛋塔
材料:
南瓜丁 Pumpkin cube
芝士丝 Grated cheese
无盐奶油 Unsalted butter
鸡蛋 Egg
鲜奶 Fresh Milk
1) 无盐奶油均匀涂抹在模具
Brush a layer of butter into mold evenly
2) 置入南瓜丁和芝士丝
Insert pumpkin cube and Grated cheese
3) 鸡蛋和牛奶搅拌均匀, 倒入模具里
Mix the egg and milk, pour into mold
4) 预热烤箱, 180度 20分钟即可
Preheat oven, bake for 180 Deg 20 mins and ready to serve
烤出来是非常漂亮的金黄色, 味道也是非常可口

May I know how much milk to put and how many egg? Thanks
