Black Fungus Vegetables Chicken Soup
今日晚餐 - 黑木耳蔬菜雞湯
(適合8個月以上 Suitable for 8 months and above)
這道湯非常清甜好喝哦 😉🍴
材料:
黑木耳 (洗淨泡軟) 4片 / Black Fungus (wash and soak until tender) 4pcs
玉米 1顆 / Corn 1 pc
馬鈴薯 1粒 / Potato 1 pc
蘿蔔 1條 / Carrot 1 pc
蕃茄 1粒 / Tomato 1 pc
雞骨 2個 / Chicken Bone 2 pcs
1) 雞骨川燙去血水
Soak the chicken bone in the boiling water to remove blood, set aside
2) 再煮一鍋熱水,加入所有材料煮至滾燙
Cook a pot of boiling water, add all the ingredients and let it cook until boiling again
3) 轉小火煲2小時即可
switch to low heat and boil for 2 hours and ready to serve.
