Minced Meat Fried Rice with Egg


今日午餐 - 肉碎蛋炒饭

材料:
猪肉碎 Minced pork
马铃薯 Potato
萝卜 Carrot
菜豆 Long Bean
蒜米 Chopped garlic
鸡蛋 Egg
麻油 Sesame Oil
橄榄油 Olive oil
白饭 cooked rice

1) 猪肉碎用麻油腌10分钟
Marinate the Minced pork for 10 mins

2) 热锅, 下橄榄油炒香蒜米至金黄色
Heat pan, fry the garlic with olive oil till golden

3) 加入猪肉碎翻炒
Add Minced pork and stir fry

4) 加入马铃薯, 萝卜和菜豆翻炒
Add potato, carrot, long bean and stir fry

5) 加入水盖过全部, 盖锅焖至软化收汁
Add water to cover all the ingredients, cover the pan let it cook until soften, and water dries up

6) 把全部推去旁边, 将打散的蛋液加入锅内翻炒
Push all the ingredients aside, add in egg and stir fry

7) 加入白饭翻炒均匀即可
Add cooked rice and stir fry until evenly and ready to serve.

今天我超累, 因为现在在娘家, 有个黏黏虫一直抓着不放, 还要推我去外面, 离开厨房。我一直要想尽办法转移他的注意, 他一直要爬楼梯, 下楼梯。可累坏了他娘我啊~~~
