Crispy Baked Sliced Potato

材料:
馬鈴薯 (切薄片) Potato Sliced
融化無鹽奶油 melted unsalted butter
芝士碎 grated cheese
蒜米粉 garlic powder
Oregano
黑胡椒粉 black pepper powder
1) 把融化奶油, 芝士碎, 蒜米粉, oregano, 黑胡椒粉倒入裝有馬鈴薯片的碗,拌勻
Add the butter, grated cheese, garlic powder, black pepper powder into the bowl, mix well with potatoes
2) 無鹽奶油平均的塗抹在muffin的模具裡
Brush a layer of butter into muffin mould evenly
3) 把疊好的馬鈴薯片放入模具裡
Insert the layered potatoes into the mould
4) 預熱烤箱,190 deg 50分鐘即可
Preheat oven, bake it with 190 deg, 50 mins and ready to serve
在烤得的時候,奶油芝士的味道撲鼻而來,超香的! 我老公吃了第一口就停不下來。
寶貝侒吃不了比較焦硬的部分, 自己挑軟的地方吃,還吃到“ chu chu” 聲。還像在吸什麼東西似的
