Sesame Oil with Spinach & Snapper Fish Fried Rice
今日晚餐 - 麻油菠菜红鱼炒饭
材料:
麻油 Sesame Oil
菠菜 Spinach
菜豆 Long Bean
红鱼 Snapper Fish
马铃薯 Potato
鸡蛋 Egg
白饭 Cooked Rice
洋葱 Spring Onion
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
1) 先炒蛋捞起备用
麻油 Sesame Oil
菠菜 Spinach
菜豆 Long Bean
红鱼 Snapper Fish
马铃薯 Potato
鸡蛋 Egg
白饭 Cooked Rice
洋葱 Spring Onion
蒜米 Chopped Garlic
1) 先炒蛋捞起备用
Fry the beaten egg and set aside
2) 同时, 蒸鱼
Steam the snapper at the same time
3) 热锅, 炒香蒜米和洋葱
Heat pan, Fry the garlic and onion until fragrant
4) 加入马铃薯翻炒, 加水焖至软化
Add potato and stir fry, add water and let it cook until soften
5) 加入菠菜和菜豆翻炒
Add spinach and long bean and stir fry
6) 加入炒蛋
Add fried egg
7) 加少许麻油翻炒
Add sesame oil and stir fry
8) 最后加入白饭翻炒均匀即可
Add cooked rice and stir fry and ready to serve
因为麻油香, 让这道炒饭增添不少风味。很好吃哦!
