Turnip Lotus Peanut Soup


(適合10個月以上 Suitable for 10 months and above)

材料:
沙葛 Turnip
莲藕 Lotus
花生 Peanut
黄豆 Yellow Bean
红枣 Red dates
龙骨 Pork bone

1) 龙骨川烫去血水
Cook the pork bone with boiling water for 3 mins to remove blood and dirt

2) 另煮一锅热水, 把所有材料放入锅内煮至滚烫
Add all the ingredients into a pot of boiling water and cook until the water boiling again

3) 转小火煲3小时即可
Switch to low heat, boil for 3 hours and ready to serve

*放个陶瓷汤匙在锅内, 花生比较容易软*
*Put a procelin spoon into the pot, peanut easier to soften*
