Eggless Cabonara
今日晚餐 - 简易奶油酱意大利面 (无蛋)
材料:
蘑菇 mushroom
青椒 Green pepper
鸡肉碎 Minced chicken
洋葱 Spring onion
无盐奶油 Unsalted butter
Whipping cream
鲜奶 (可不加) fresh milk (optional)
芝士碎 Grated cheese
面粉 Plain flour
奶油酱制作:
Instruction for Cabonara Sauce
1) 热锅, 无盐奶油用中火煮至融化
Heat pan, turn to medium heat, melt butter completely
2) 加入whipping cream拌匀
Add whipping cream and stir to mix
3) 加入少许面粉拌匀
Add in plain flour and stir to mix
4) 加入芝士碎拌匀
Add Grated cheese and stir to mix
*5* 如果觉得味道稍咸, 加入牛奶拌匀即可
** Add the fresh milk if the taste too salty
配料:
1) 鸡肉碎与paprika powder, oregano & 黑胡椒粉拌匀腌渍至少30分钟
Marinate Minced chicken with paprika powder, oregano and black pepper powder for at least 30 mins.
2) 热锅, 下橄榄油和洋葱翻炒3分钟
Heat pan, insert olive oil and spring onion stir fry 3 mins.
3) 加入鸡肉碎翻炒
Add Minced chicken and stir fry
4) 加入蘑菇和青椒翻炒5分钟即可
Add mushroom and green pepper stir fry for 5 mins and ready to serve.
意大利面:
Pasta
1) 用一锅沸水煮面至软化
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water
2) 捞起沥干, 拌入少许橄榄油即可
Dry the cooked pasta, add a little bit of olive oil and mix well.
一般上的Cabonara sauce需要用到蛋黄, 但因为不好处理, 在烹调的过程中蛋黄很容易被煮熟。所以这个就很简单啦~ 虽然不正规
