Non Spicy Curry Fried Rice


今日午餐 - 不辣的咖喱炒饭

材料:
雞胸肉 Chicken breast meat 
馬鈴薯 Potato
蘿蔔 Carrot
紅甜椒 Red pepper
玻璃生菜 Lettuce
蘑菇 Mushroom
雞蛋 Egg
咖哩粉 Curry Powder
白飯 Cooked Rice
橄欖油 Olive Oil
蒜米 Chopped Garlic

1) 所有材料切丁/碎
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces

2) 熱鍋,加入橄欖油和蒜米炒香
Heat pan, add olive oil and garlic fry until fragrant

3) 加入雞肉翻炒至泛白
Add chicken and stir fry 

4) 加入馬鈴薯,蘿蔔,紅甜椒,玻璃生菜和蘑菇炒香
Add potato, carrot, red pepper and mushroom fry until fragrant

5) 加水掩蓋所有食材,加入適量的咖哩粉拌勻,蓋鍋燜至軟化收汁
Add water to cover all the ingredients, add a moderate amount of curry powder and mix well. Cover the pan and let it cook until soften and dry

6) 把材料推到一旁,加入蛋液翻炒
Push the veges to aside, add beaten egg and stir fry

7) 加入白飯翻炒均勻即可
Add cooked rice and stir fry and ready to serve
