Codfish Vege Fried Mee Suah


今日午餐 - 鳕鱼蔬菜炒面线

材料: 
蒜米 garlic
鳕鱼codfish
洋葱 Spring onion 
马铃薯丁 Potato cube 
萝卜丝 carrot slice 
花椰菜 Broccoli 
面线 mee suah 
橄榄油 Olive oil 

1) 鳕鱼先和蒜米蒸5分钟, 去腥, 备用
Steam the codfish and garlic for 5 mins. To remove the fishy smell, set aside 

2) 面线用滾水煮1分钟, 弄散面线。1分钟后捞起, 用水冲一下, 浸水40秒, 再用滤网弄干, 待用 (方法取自于雯妈咪)
Cook the mee sua with boiling water for 1 min, stir it. Drain the mee sua after 1 min, soak it mee with water for 40 sec. And drain it with filter bag, set aside

3) 热锅, 下少许橄榄油和洋葱炒香
Heat pan, fry the onion with olive oil till fragrant 

4) 加入蒸好的蒜米和鳕鱼翻炒
Add the steamed garlic and codfish and stir fry 

5) 加入马铃薯和萝卜丝翻炒
Add potato and carrot stir fry

6) 加入水, 差不多淹没材料, 盖锅焖至软化
Add water, to cover the ingredients, cover the pan and stew it until soften 

7) 待还有少许汁的时候, 加入面线翻炒至熟即可
Stew until left abit of sauce, add in mee sua stir fry till fully cooked and ready to serve 

昨晚侒侒开始有一点发烧, 加上他有点伤风, 再加上长牙.. 他脾气坏的很。晚上一直睡不安稳, 睡一下就哭着醒来, 半夜发烧38度, 因担心持续发烧直接喂药了。

今天整天都没胃口, 只是要喝奶, 面线只吃一口就不要了. 😯 后来给他吃面包, 也只是吃一点就全部给我吃
