Mushroom Potato Stew Minced Pork
今日晚餐 - 香菇马铃薯燉肉
材料:
香菇 Mushroom
马铃薯 Potato
萝卜 Carrot
洋葱 Spring onion
猪肉碎 Minced pork
麻油 Sesame Oil
胡椒粉 Pepper powder
高汤/水 Soup Stock / Water
1) 猪肉碎和麻油, 胡椒粉腌1-2小时
Marinate the Minced pork with sesame oil & pepper for 1-2 hours
2) 热锅, 加入橄榄油和洋葱炒香
Heat saucepan, add the olive oil and spring onion fry until fragrant
3) 加入肉碎炒至泛白
Add Minced pork and fry until turn white
4) 加入马铃薯, 萝卜和香菇炒香即可熄火
Add potato, carrot and mushroom and stir fry until fragrant, switch off the heat
5) 把所有材料放入砂锅里
Transfer all the ingredients into clay pot
6) 加入高汤/水, 中小火燉煮20-30分钟即可
Add the soup stock/Water into clay pot, medium low heat cook for 20-30 mins and ready to serve
*我用的是柴鱼片高汤*
